Mother & Daughter Portrait & Selective Coloring

We have been asked by a few of our brides & grooms from upcoming weddings, if we do selective coloring. Selective coloring is when you have a black and white image with some detail in color. We tell them that we do but only if the image, in our opinion, is a good match for it. We try to keep it to a minimum, never more then once or twice an event. Overdoing this effect can lessen their impact and make some images look tacky.

This environmental portrait of a very attractive mom, Allegra and her equally beautiful daughter, Amelia, was a great match for this style. (We are also proud to say they are our niece and grandniece). Enjoy!
