One of the key moments during the wedding day is the father & daughter dance.
Two of us photograph the dance and we mix up the shots with full/three quarter views and close ups. We photograph over the father's shoulder to capture the bride's expressions and also over the brides shoulder to capture the father's expression. The use of our long lens to photograph the dance is important because we do not want to intrude on their moment. These lens allow us to stand back and yet capture tight images of their faces.

What a beautiful series! You get to photograph such a joyful time in a families life and give them lasting memories. How special is that!!
I think that would be the hardest thing for me to do. To give away my baby girl...

Anything that has to do with "dads" or "Africa" or "God" and I'll surely read it...
I think I've already commented on a Father and Daughter Dance post before...
I like the photos they seemed so soft... I like the first photos and the last ones... I always look in the eyes of your subjects... their movements are free...and unrehearsed... the hug and everything in them seemed so magical.
I guess you know what I am thinking right now...
I wish...
I remembered my dad. Oh well .. I have nothing to say. I'm speechless. maybe jealous? hahaha
Anyways, they look cute.
